Discernment Manifesto
Discernment is first seeing what is the lie. Then seeking a higher frequency for truth.
The foundational lie in many caregiver systems is this:
"This is just how caregiving is. If you feel depleted, overwhelmed, or unsafe, the problem is you."
Care that requires self-erasure is not care.
Urgency that overrides consciousness is not leadership.
Burnout is not a right of passage.
Discernment begins in the body.
